After placing your order:

-We determine the fastest possible delivery date.  Many products we have in stock, others have to be tailor-made.  We send you an order confirmation with the ultimate period of delivery.

-If the delivery date is longer than 1 week, you have 48 hours to cancel your order.  This is done by sending us an email to [email protected] with indication of your order number.

-A check is done on credit rating.

     - In case of a favourable assessment, we send you an invoice when your order is sent, after which you have 15 days to pay by bank transfer.

     - In the other case, we first send you an invoice, and goods are (made and) sent after your payment  is received.  If this payment is not made within 15 days, the order is cancelled.
