This cover is made of 100% aramid fibre, which is restitant to high temperatures and has therefore a very long service life.  Our aramid texile is selected carefully to have the perfect structure: not too smooth and not too coarse.

Our covers are also made large enough.  Covers do shrink a bit over time, and by making them large enough, the stitching seam doesn't shift gradually into the ironing area, even when the base layer is replaced.

We advise to pay close attention to the base layer(s) under the cover.  It has a high impact on permeability and ironing results.  That's why we advise our base layer made of silicon foam: it has good permeability, fits nicely around, and has a very long service life.
