The cover is tightened with a zipper at the underside.

It is available in 100% polyester or 100% aramid fibre.

Polyester has the property to be very smooth.  It has the advantage that textile can slide very easily over it and the laundry is therefore easy to manipulate.

Aramid on the other hand, is restitant to high temperatures and has therefore a very long service life.  Our aramid texile is selected carefully to have the perfect structure: not too smooth and not too coarse.

Optionally, you can have a base layer included.

You can choosse for a standard quality PU-foam.  It has a high permeability and the best price, but can only be used for unheated sleeve arms!

We also provide a base layer made of polyester needle felt.  This one has a longer service life and is usable for heated sleeve arms.

Also, there is our 6 mm base layer, made of high-quality silicone foam for optimum performance and the longest service life.  This silicon foam can resist high temperatures, is tear resistant, does not crumble, is rot-proof and mold free.  The density is carefully selected: not too hard and not too soft, for optimum ironing results.  These foams are suited for both cold as warm boards and presses.
