The top layer of both ironing pads consist of 100% aramid.  Aramid is heat resistant, not moisture retaining (like cotton) and has a long service life.  Our aramid textile is selected carefully to achieve a ironing surface which is not too smooth and not too rough.

UPPER CUSHION:

A layer of felt is stitched underneath, which drains moisture out of the top layer.

CUSHION UNDERNEATH:

Right under the top layer, a layer made of 100% silicone foam is stitched.  On the one hand it has a performant steam permeability and on the other hand it's well-chosen density ensures a good and consistent laundry contact during pressing, to obtain perfect ironing results.  Our silicon foam can resist high temperatures, is tear resistant, does not crumble, is rot-proof and mold free.

Below, a layer of felt is stiched in, that has both a good steam permeability and at the same time drains the moisture away from the upper layers.

Underneath we stich a mesh.  This ensures an ideal steam distribution.

Our coverings are made with care to achieve a long service life.
