TYPES OF TEXTILE

Depending on i.e. the kind of product and the temperature one or more kinds of textile are used.  We have many different types in stock.

Mostly, polypropylene, polyamide and polyester are used, but we provide also very specific types, like kevlar and PTFE.  They all exist in many variants.  On this website you can find additional information concerning different textile properties, several possible treatments and coatings, details about antistatic properties and the certificates for use in pharmacy and food industry.

SHAPES AND DIMENSIONS

We can manyfacture any conceivable shape: circular, square, rectangular, trapezoidal,...  And there is no limit to the sizes.

The connexions can be manufactured with different sizes at its extremities: i.e. to connect 2 pipes with different diameters.  It is even possible to connect different shapes: i.e. going from a circel to a rectangle.

OPTIONS

The connexions can be equipped with a seam with incorporated band clamp, or a elastic stretch seam with a beveling at the end.  Or we can make them for clamping between metal plates with holes for the bolts.

It is possible to integrate rings in the sleeve to keep it open.

All applications can be supplied with a certificate of conformity (COC) for use in the pharmaceutical and food industry.  We also have many antistatic possibilities.
