A centrifuge seperates liquids from dry products by means of spinning and the laws of centrifugal force.  A filtration cloth allows the liquid to penetrate, but keeps the dry product inside.  Many combinations of liquids and producs exist. We have therefore a wide variety of different kinds of filtration cloths.  Areas of application are found in the pharmaceutical and fine chemistry, but also in food industry and R&D.

These cloths vary from simple rectangular or circular cloths, to complex constructions consisting of dozens of different components.  If required, we can assemble them from anti-static textiles (ATEX).

Our centrifuge cloths and bags are cut extremely precisely by our CNC laser.  Thereby, all edges are fused and will not release any fibers.  If desired the cutting edges can in addition be concealed, to eliminate the possibility they will fray over time.  Also, stitching seams can get an additional covering to avoid e.g. the penetration of very fine substances.  We'd like to consult you about the possibilities.

Centrifuge filter cloths and bags are manufactured in our own low-dust workshop under hygienic conditions and we can provide you with a certificate for use in the food industry.
