Filter sleeves are used in several application areas and industries: wherever particles have to be removed out of an airflow or fluid flow, often in food, chemical, mineral or metal industry.

Therefore, our filters are custom made according to client specifications.  The textiles are cut meticulously by laser technology. Quality is thus maintained, with clean edges that will not fray.

If desired, seams are sealed instead of stitching.  This prevents the textile from having sewing needle perforations.

With our extensive range of filter media, we can ever provide the appropriate solution for your specific application.  We contribute ideas to achieve the optimum filtration performance and the longest possible service life.

The filter sleeves can be finished in many different ways:

BOTTOM:

• round, oval or square, with or without a central hole
• with concealed seams, or with hanging loop
• flat stitched, with or without reinforced collar, or hanging ring
• and many other possibilities...

 

 

HEM:

 

• with stainless steel snap ring, or incorporated ring in PE, PP, silicone, PTFE, metal, inox...
• with cord in hem
• clean cut
• with sealing felt

 

 

 

It is also possible to equip rings distributed along the length of the sleeve to keep the sleeve open.

 

 

Many different filter installations exist, all with their own cleaning methods, like pulse jet, reverse air and shakers.  We feature our own production facility, and are therefore able to customize all applications.  

 

Optionally, we can provide you with our precoating powder, mostly used when sticky substances are filtered.  This product extends the filter lifespan and facilitates the removal of the filter cake.

 

Aditionally, we provide all needed services for cleaning and repairing used filter sleeves.  As part of circular business practices, extended use of materials is often required.  However, retaining the filter efficiency and textile permeability has to be considered.
