Deze filter cartridges have a large filter surface in a relatively small space because of their crinkled (folded) filter medium.

They are available in different BIA-certified media in e.g. polyester, polypropylene or cellulose, depending on the chemical and temperature requirements.

Variants exist that are finished with a PTFE, antistatic (ATEX), oil and/or waterrepellent coating or PTFE membrane.
